What is the system 4G LTE advance?

The system 4G LTE advance is the newest Internet technology service in Kurdistan, which is faster if comparing to the other systems.

How much the price of the devices?

  • MiFi Device price is IQD 39,000 with 45 GB active for 30 days
  • MiFi(Huawei) price is IQD 49,000 with 0 GB  for 30 days
  • CPE device price is IQD 59,000 with 10GB as a gift active for 30 days
  • Mobile SIM price is IQD 5,000 With 3 GB as a gift active for 30 days

What are the required documents to the new subscriber?

A copy of any official documents such as personal ID and others like driving license also admitted.

Is the subscriber able to buy more than one device?

Yes, you can.

What is the legal age to buy the service?

The subscriber has to finish 18 years old.

How can I recharge my Tishknet?

The steps involved in this process are really simple. All you need to do is:

  • You may download Tishknet application which is now available for both IOS & Android system.
  • Or you may recharge your pin code via Myaccount.tishknet.com and choose your Monthly plan there.

If the Device has been lost or broken?

Dear customer, we are apologizing we can only provide you a new Sim card at our main sale points.

If the devise has broken?

Dear customer, please visit nearest Maintenance department of our main shop so as to repair the device or swap the device when needed.

Broken or terminated sim cards and their cost?

Taking out a new sim card costs IQD 5,000 (with transferring all the GB and balance from the old sim card to the new sim card)

The customer has to provide the ownership form of the sim card with himself or a copy ID belonging to the owner of the Sim card then we can swap the sim card for him.

How to make sure that the sim card can work on the mobile device?

All the Mobile devices that has 4G system and has set up between Bands 38 – 41, or you may know through these two ways:
  • First: you need to put the sim card on your mobile and active the LTE
  • Second: by searching for the network on the phone manually (it means Manual search)
Kindly find the way to search for the network in some sorts of the mobiles:

    - Switch off the (Automatic) so as to let the search start.
  • Huawei:
    - Setting
    - More
    - Mobile net works

  • Samsung:

  • Third: you may also visit this website: www.willmyphonework.net so as to make sure if your mobile can read the Tishknet sim card.
  • Forth: also you can visit our point of sales so as to use the test sim card on your mobile.
  • Fifth: you may also contact our customer care service and dial 0535710 if any assistance needed.

When the customer asking about losing MiFi device or losing simcard and what should he do?

You can visit our maintenance department so as to get the new simcard but you need to provide the ownership document with a copy of the owner’s ID.
